National Engineers Week Presents the New Faces of Engineering.

Morales, 29, is a structural engineer for the Tulsa District Corps of Engineers. He has designed three new public bridges and is currently designing an innovative repair method to an existing concrete bridge over an active gated spillway structure. Morales is already recognized as an expert in current bridge design methodologies and has made project presentations at national conferences.
