Meet Soumya Lakshmi, Deepa Singhal and Richa Dham from Motorola, India. They are the Points of Contact (POC) leading the India region for the 2008 Global Marathon.

Deepa Singhal, with a background in telecom and wireless product software development and program management, has received her master in computer applications degree from Banasthali Vidyapith University, India.

Richa Dham with a background in telecom and wireless product and software development has received her Masters of Technology degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, India.

Soumya Lakshmi, with a background in managing telecom and wireless product software development, has a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Sri Venkateswara University, India.

Programming includes a look at the impact of women advancement, status of women in leadership and their challenges, the value of maintaining balance in work and life, going from college campus to business environment, and value addition by bringing in diversity.
