Reach. Respect. Recognize.

There are many challenges facing our world that require immediate engineering solutions. At the same time, we are challenged to prepare the next generation of talent by helping to remove the social, education and economic barriers that deter young students from engineering and technology education and careers. The National Engineers Week Foundation delivers turnkey programs, toolkits and a variety of resources used by partners locally, nationally and internationally.

Reach
We reach into the entire K-12 education spectrum, and into college and the licensed profession. There are many programs and organizations addressing STEM (science, technology, engineering and math), but we put the E in STEM. We reach out through people who know engineering best: engineers and engineering students.

Respect
We respect the value that each partner brings to the coalition: counsel, people and dollars. The Foundation works to be sure these resources are used as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Recognize
We recognize the diversity of our coalition partners in terms of disciplines, industries, membership and employees, and the communities they serve. We strive to celebrate the positive contributions of engineers locally, nationally and globally.

Together we recognize that we are working to cultivate and celebrate the engineering profession.
